Karma- Did you know that for every action there is a reaction? If we cause pain and suffering to other living beings, we must endure pain and suffering in return. According to the law of Karma, “We reap what we sow, in this life and the next. Nature has her own justice and for every action, there is a reaction.
The principle of karma implies that everything we do, good or bad is recorded by a universal intelligence and causes a reaction similar to our deed. This principle does not just apply to our actions but also to our thoughts. Nothing escapes the attention of the Universal Eye. Everything is recorded and taken into account. There are other ways in which significant Karma may not be generated because the accumulation of Karma depends on the associated intentions, motivations, and emotions rather than the action itself. Thus, if you stepped over an insect and killed it unknowingly yesterday while out on a walk, no bad karma is generated for you personally. However, if you killed one slowly and derived gleeful pleasure as you watched it writhe in pain, then similar karma may await you someday. A military man who kills hundreds of enemies in a war on instructions from his superiors for the protection of his country generates no significant bad Karma, whereas another who kills a single person out of anger or for gain accumulates bad karma that invites a similar fate for him sometime in the future. It appears that it is not just the action but its impact on our inner self or souls that decide karma. Thus an action committed at the level of thought that impacts deeply on our soul will generate karma whereas another action actually committed unknowingly will produce none.
Any person who believes in doing good should have no difficulty in accepting this principle. All it means is that his or her good deeds will be rewarded. Those who commit evil and are afraid of the result also have to face what is to come. The principle is to wash away evil and not to cause fear. The subject of karma is associated with religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. It is a belief that our past actions have an influence on our present lives. We must correct our thoughts and actions to correct this balance of karma

Bad karma keeps us trapped in the same old patterns drawing us towards the same type of people, events, jobs, unnecessary burdens, etc. It can influence every part of our life. Past life regression therapy can help identify why we do this and help to work towards a resolution. We all carry karma over from past lives. This is why we seem to struggle so much in certain areas of our lives. So, I guess it is fair to say that if you did not get it right in a past life “If you messed up”- you keep coming back until you get it right. How can we start to fix this?
If you were mean to others in a past life, you may find, that this life is lacking in certain areas. You must correct the imbalance by being kind and “giving more to others. ” This act does not only make you feel better but it works towards balancing your karma.
We all have had experiences that seem to stem from our childhood. Quite often than not, we cannot prove that these experiences stemmed from our childhood whilst, it can be easy to blame our parents, it is definitely worth considering that if you acted similarly in a past life, this could be karma coming back around.
If you have not dealt with past life karma, it will keep manifesting in your life in various ways. If you don’t practice self-love and acceptance, you might keep attracting partners who don’t love or accept you. You might think you are not worthy of success and abundance, so you settle for much less. So if you continue to ignore and choose repeated patterns, you are setting yourself up for the same old repeated patterns and unfinished Karma.
It is fair to say that the people in your life have crossed your path in previous lives. They are here to teach you lessons. Take notice of them and pay attention to the knowledge and wisdom that they share. Your family and friends are not here by coincidence. They are here due to your past life karma, If your relationship was positive, then there is no debt, however, if you have had significant challenges with them, then this is an unresolved karma debt, which will continue until it is resolved.
We all have the same soul groups. In a previous life, your son could have been your mother, your daughter could have been your brother, and so on… Whatever their role was in a past life if the lessons were not learned and karma was not resolved, they will show up again, until the karma is resolved.
There are a lot of factors in our lives that influence our situation, but we can also delve into our past lives for clues. If we stole in the past, the chances are we have things stolen from us ….If we were greedy then we might have struggled financially.
If we committed violent acts and caused chaos in the past. This could show up in our present life. If we were peaceful and loving, maybe our lives today are calm and peaceful. Everything that is going on in our lives today is a clue into who we were and what we did in our past lives.
